Georgetown is a private, gated neighborhood featuring 35 single-family homes. Located in the south-central portion of Pelican Bay. Georgetown is accessed from Ridgewood Drive between Gulf Park Drive and Pelican Bay Boulevard and is within walking distance of the Naples Philharmonic and the Waterside Shops. Most of the home were built between1986 and 1988 although recently there has been some new construction. The home sites are typically half acre and offer spacious views of lakes and the golf course of the club at Pelican Bay.
